These are very relevant details for your business. If you are ready to take action and get productive, click the "Ready to go?" link on the top left.
For Your Records:
After being signed up as an Affiliate, make sure to record your personal business information and keep it handy.
a) Your personal Home/Business Page address. example: ourgv.com/yoursitename
b) Your Shopping Mall address. example: www.ourgvmall.com/yoursitename
c) The Non-Profits/Website Partners web site address: www.ourgvrewards.com
d) Your OurGV ID# and password. (You may use your email address as your login if that is easier for you to remember.)
We encourage you to “bookmark” your OurGV Mall website, or add it to your “favorites”. This will save you time not typing in the addresses each time.
Once you have recorded your personal information, there are initial steps you should take to help you get started and become more familiar with your business. The purpose of this page is to show you how and where to find that information.
Exploring Your Site
Home Page:
Let's begin by exploring your OurGV Home Page, by typing in your Home Page address http://ourgv.com/yoursitename. If your Home Page screen was previously open, minimize this Accelerate 2 Success screen by clicking on the box with the "_" in it located on the top right hand corner. When you get to the Home Page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and find your name, telephone number, and e-mail address. (It is near the bottom right.) This identifies this page as YOUR home page. If you do not see your personal information here, it is not your personal page. It is very important to be on YOUR page and not the generic home page of OurGV.com. It is a good idea to verify this each time you go to your Home Page.
Note: If you are using a dial up internet connection, the videos may not work properly on your computer. If you are having difficulty viewing the videos on your computer, we encourage you to review the Business Opportunity section located at the top of your Home Page. Here you will receive an introduction to this phenomenal opportunity. It is important to go through all the links on the left hand side, to better understand the company.
Sign Ups:
To sign individuals up on your Home Page, select the Sign Up button. This button is located at the top of the Home page.
What's New Page:
While on the Home Page, click on What’s New located towards the middle of the page.
What’s New is an exciting page that will keep you up to date on new and innovative developments that our amazing leaders and techs have completed to help us all be more successful! You have some catching up to do since you are brand new at the business, so scroll down and click away on the information and videos there! The great new tools and groundbreaking technology have all been designed for you to use in your business – at no extra cost to you.
Voice Room:
The next page on your OurGV Home page we will review is the Voice Room. Click on this link to see the area where we participate in “live trainings/briefings" held by our incredible leaders: Chad Schapiro, CEO; W.J. Vincent II, President; Clark Yeh, Director of OurGV Rewards; and various Million Dollar Club leaders (MDC). These are highly skilled, highly successful leaders who will be teaching you about the business and sharing tried and tested concepts that will help you be successful. It is very important that you come to as many Voice Room meetings as possible because this is where you will learn how to succeed, and it will keep you connected with the rest of the OurGV team. If you miss a meeting, you could miss something essential that may make a huge difference in your life!
Schedule:
Please review the Schedule for the list of training times. To access this link, go to the bottom of the Home Page underneath your personal information. This will open a page that has all the training times listed Monday through Saturday of each month (mainly the same schedule each month). These are listed according to Central Standard Time, so you will need to adjust that time according to the time zone in which you live. It is a good idea to print this page out so that you have it handy and/or post it somewhere by your computer so that it will be a reminder of the Voice Room training times. (In the beginning, it is easy to forget these training times because it is new to you and it has not become part of your daily routine.)
Logging In:
Once again, let's go to the page where the Corporate Voice Room Link is located. This page can also be accessed by clicking the Voice Room link located at the bottom of your Home Page.
When you click on the Corporate Voice Room link, this will take you to the Meeting Room Login page. This is the actual page that gets us into the online trainings. When you are ready to go to a training (not now, only when you are participating in a meeting), you will need to type your name and your state abbreviation, such as “DanielTX.” If that combination is already in use, you will have to use a different name by adding your last name initial, such as "DanielRTX".
In the “Access Code” box, you will type “guest.” This is the access code for most meetings. For Advanced Trainings, there will be specific access codes that will be provided to those who have signed up for them. (There is usually a fee for those trainings.)
After you have filled in your name and the access code, click on “Click here to enter meeting room.”
Install:
The first time you do this, a software program (VoxWire) will need to be installed onto your computer. Follow the instructions provided on your screen and click “run”, "run", and finally "install" to download the program. It will only take a couple of minutes. (You will not have to do this download again the next time you log in.) Once it is done downloading you will see the Meeting Room open up, and you will be in the live training with other OurGV members from around the world!
Live Trainings:
The trainings are interactive trainings. You will have the opportunity to respond by typing messages to the leaders. Those messages will be seen by everyone who is in the Voice Room, so we want to be very respectful and courteous to everyone. We ask you to keep your typed messages down to one or two words and not to change the font or color of the text. At times, the hosting leader will ask for questions or comments and during this time it is okay to type in longer sentences. The main thing is to learn and listen, for there will be some incredible information offered each time you attend these meetings!
OurGV Mall:
Now we are going to the Shopping Mall! You can do this by typing in your actual shopping mall URL address. http://www.ourgvmall.com/yoursitename
The Shopping Mall is a multi-million dollar web site that is your main PRODUCT. This is what will bring in revenue not only for you, but will be a huge asset to any Non-Profits or Web Site Owners you may know by raising funds for them. You will need to get very familiar with your product. This is truly a revolutionary concept.
Categories:
Take a look at everything you see across the top of the mall page. The A-Z button lists all the stores in your mall in alphabetical order. You can click on How to Use the Mall and find further helpful instructions. You will also see the list of store categories on the left.
Compare Prices:
One of those categories is Compare Prices. Comparing prices can help you find some really great deals and often save you money. "Shopzilla" has an agreement with OurGV to add to our Profit Sharing System every time someone clicks on their pages when entered through the OurGV site!! So, that is definitely encouraged! However, please be aware that you will need to back out of Shopzilla after you find your “bargain” and then go to the A-Z link to find the store in which you want to do your actual purchase. If you shop through the Shopzilla site, you will NOT get credit for your purchase. So, make sure you do your shopping through YOUR OurGV Mall at the actual store of your choice.
New Stores & Coupon Codes:
Next, you will want to scroll down and see the rest of the information on the Shopping Mall. There you will see new stores that have been added, as well as current discounts and coupon codes from some of our stores.
Website Center:
The next page we want to visit is the Web Site Center or your “Office page”, located at the bottom of your OurGV Home Page. Sign in using your login (you may use your email address or OurGV ID#) and password.
There you will find information that tracks your productivity and where you can order leads and other “tools.” We encourage you to click all the links in the menu and explore your virtual office.
OurGV Rewards:
The last web site that you will be using in your business is the beautiful site http://www.ourgvrewards.com. This site does an amazing job of explaining the part of OurGV that deals with our Non-Profit Partners and our Web Site Partners. Go there to learn all about those vital areas of your business. This is the web site you want to promote to Non-Profit organizations, Web site owners, and to explain the Banner Exchange Program!
Study:
Pretty amazing company, huh?!!! To think that all of this is at your fingertips to use to promote your OurGV.com business and to help others be successful, is totally remarkable to say the least! I know you are feeling there is so much to learn, but it will become second nature to you as you study it and start utilizing it in your business. Always know that your leaders are ready and willing to help you be successful with three-ways calls, answering questions, etc. You can learn just about everything you need to know by going through this information. You may even want to print some of it out, in order to take the information with you to study when you are away from your computer.

Email Campaign:
You will automatically be signed up in our email campaign to receive valuable leadership emails from our CEO, two times per week. In order to stay focused on your goals and to stay on track to success, we encourage you to sign up for the "Daily Goals Form" and "Leadership Email: sent 4x per week." To sign up for these, please click the blue "Update profile/Email address" link at the bottom left of the coaching emails that are already being sent to you. Select the "Daily Goals Form:sent 6x per week" option as well as the "Leadership Email:sent 4x per week" option and press submit. To ensure you receive these emails, add Chad@ourgvrewards.com and coaching@a2success.com to your e-mail address book. When receiving the Daily Goals Form email, you will have the opportunity to track your goals on a daily basis.
Ready To Go Page:
Click on the Ready To Go link located at the top of this page. This information will be the most valuable to you in learning about your business. It is vital that you read all the text, watch the videos, and follow instructions. The more you learn from this site, the more confidence you will have about running your OurGV Home Business.
