Urgency 

It takes about 1 hour to call 25 leads. Many times a good first conversation will consist of going through the script and promoting for them to get the next step of information.  If you are taking longer you're talking too long.  Remember that you sound like ....."xyxslelzzzzywywzzzzxkxkxk".... to them and they will most likely feel as if you're taking too long.

When you are new, you don't have the sense of Urgency yet!

He was a single father living in shelters, trying to get a job as a stock broker in attempt to improve his life and his son's life.  He received an internship in a firm where he would not earn a salary and his pay would be based only on commission.  At this point he and his son were homeless and they had no money.  In order to get the job he had to be the number one pick of all the interns. Now that is some URGENCY!  He would refuse to drink water during his internship so that he would not have to go to the bathroom. He would also use his other hand to hang up the phone because he knew that it took longer if he actually hung up the phone and picked it again.

You don't have to have that much Urgency...But this gives you the idea. In your city the people who have gone from a homeless shelter , to the beach and castle lifestyle; the people who go from rags to riches, how hard are they working? Are they working hours per day? No, right? Its probably like hours per day and more. Most of us don't have that sense of work ethic and urgency when we are new. 

To find the Marita's, Mark's, Ardie's, Marwan's, Mr. Vincent's, and people like you, these are the steps you must take. Once you show it to enough people, you will find the right people and you won't be able to stop them from being successful!  They will go crazy with this!  Even if you try to stop them.  They'll say, "No!! YOU stop, I'm doing this!!!!!"

They will get going like crazy!
