Leads are incredible because these individuals are actively searching for what you are offering. They will know other shoppers, non-profits, website partners, and affiliates that can help you towards your goals. Some affiliates have built their entire business earning thousands per week from leads alone.
For brand new people below the coordinator level that are still very uncomfortable on the phone start with something like this if necessary:
Key point: Remember your expert is here to help you as a mentor type not a secretary. Treat them with respect. Many times we get into such a hurry to fix our financial lives that we don't treat our business like a business. We need to be thankful that we have this opportunity to change our lives forever.
"Hello, is "their name" there? Hi, "their name" my name is "your name". You had filled out some information about working from home. Is this still an interest for you?
If Yes- Great, this is the best business I've ever seen! And...it can be started for FREE! I'd love to give you our website and then I'm going to have one of our top people give you a call so they can answer more questions for you. Grab a pen. Ok, our website address is ourgv.com/yoursitename. (Spell out the site for them "Our the letter G as in Global the letter V as in Vision).
I also want to to write down the name of the top person who will be calling you later (give them your experts name). When do you think you'll have had a chance to go through the site? (Let them tell you when and have your expert call after that time). I think "experts name" is going to love you. What should I tell them you use to do? (write it down to email expert) Ok great. Good luck with them. They are really busy so I can only setup a day for them to try and reach you. When asked something like "What do you do?", "What is it?", or something like that- We work in the industry of affiliate marketing. Our company has over 1,500 stores like Walmart.com, HomeDepot.com, Dell.com, Yahoo! and many more. We get paid for driving traffic to these stores. I don't want to confuse you at all over the phone that is why we need to have you watch the videos on the website and then I'm excited to have you talk to one of the top people in the company. When calling leads call them one time through and leave messages repeating your phone number twice. Then call them through at a different time of day at least once more. Do not worry about leaving a second message.
For new people (More advanced people will go through more steps on their own):
A. Step One: phone call using prescreen short script, give website, and make sure they want a business. Make sure to promote your expert who will be following up. Do not create a specific time as your expert is very busy and you don't know their schedule.
B. Step Two: Email your expert who will call them within 24 hours. Include area code and any relevant details. Remember to not include time to call as you do not know your expert's schedule.
C. Step Three: Call back after emailed by expert a report of what happened with their call to them (like LM (left message), how they sounded, next steps). If your expert left a message for them wait one day and then call to encourage them to return your expert's message. If your expert talked to them most of the time your expert will instruct you to help get them registered and reminded about the next training. Spend at least half an hour before trainings helping your team and propects get registered and logged in.
D. Step Four: (After trainings) Email expert a report with Name and Number of who was in the training as you logged them in and expert will help with follow up with for you so we get them involved and they see how the training and system works.
