1.  30% Personal Sales Volume, 20% Direct Sales Volume, 15% matching bonus on all personally referred affiliates.

2.  Rollup occurs on both Personal Sales Volume and Direct Sales Volume.

3.  All personally referred "Free" affiliates split their toolbar revenue 50/50 with their manager.  Meaning if you had a free affiliate earn $1,000 with their toolbar $500 would go to them and $500 would go to you until their hosting is current. 

Example:  10 free affiliates earn $100 each in a given month.  $50 for each of them and $500 for the manager who personally referred them. 

10 affiliate earn $1,000 each in a given month.  $500 for each of them and $5,000 for the manager who personally referred them.

The free affiliates (name and id#) must be submitted to service@ourgv.com once yahoo has released the commission earned on that toolbar pay period (approx. 2 months after month closes)
