Affiliate Checklist For Non-Profits Signups:

1.  Attend Rewards Trainings as soon as possible after getting started.  When prospecting Non-Profits, the easiest path to success is utilizing the tips shared in the Basics tab.  To learn about these tips, feel free to click on "NP/WP Basics" under the "Basics" tab or click here.  More detailed tips have been included below:

Typically the second Friday and Saturday of each month starting at 11 CST, a Monthly Mini-Basics and Rewards Training is held in the voiceroom. These trainings are comprehensive and include new updates.

Weekly Thursday Question and Answer Session  is at 11 AM CST, Password is "guest".

 

 2.  Make a list of four and five star non profits with the contact name of the person in charge of the fundraising and/or marketing. A five star prospect is when you personally know the decision maker.  A four star contact is when you know someone (i.e. a friend or family member) who knows the decision maker.  Having a rapport and trust level of a four or five star prospect is greatly helpful. 

 

3.  Call the contact using the script suggested at the the training. For example, “I work with a company that helps non-profits raise as much money as they need. Would you be interested in more information? When receiving a response of “Yes” or “What is it?”, share www.ourgvrewards.com.

 

4.  While on the call with the contact, verify if they prefer fax or email with the information or if a personal delivery is appropriate.  Schedule the follow up call with them.  If you have questions regarding the procedure not outlined here you may email clark@ourgvrewards.com

 

5.  Personalize the appropriate letter for the non profit  that is found on the coaching web site. 

6.  Fax or email the introductory information (per the coaching website) as agreed with the non profit.

7.  Follow up at a designated time.  Follow up appointments are very important. 

8.  Be prepared on follow up to have the Agreement paper work ready.

9.  If they request more time, be sure to arrange the next follow up day and time

 

10.  When the non-profit is ready to get started, assist as needed with the agreement and get a copy of the 501c3 letter (this letter is what shows they are recognized as an official non profit).

 

11.  Fax the 501c3 letter and Agreement to OurGV at 1-888.639.4954.  After receiving these documents, the non-profit’s OurGV Mall will be ready for shopping rebates within a few business days. 

12.  When you are advised by OurGV Support that the web site is up be sure to call and congratulate them and be prepared to give them their mall site www.ourgvmall.com/(theirname)
