Prospecting Testimonials
"The first non profit I signed up was the Clay County Education Foundation(CCEF). The director, Barbara Denton, has done a good job of promoting their shopping mall to the entire school district, and the foundation has bought computers and other equipment through their own site. Barbara called me today and told me she is sending an email to all the school principals in the county recommending our program for a wonderful, on-going fundraiser for them. This relationship has been developed over the last year and a half and Barbara has, in other emails, related that her decision to sign up with OurGV was based on her trusting me. I am very pleased that she has recognized the value of our program. These relationships are built over time, and I certainly appreciate the confidence she has expressed in both the company and me."

"Shortly after the program launched to work with the non profits I contacted a 2 star contact who was interested. I sent more information and she liked the program but needed board consenus. Due to many things with board agendas and the members getting to review the information it was well over a year before they invited me to the board meeting to answer questions. It was still almost 4-5 months before they completed the agreement and it was final!! Patience, persistence and follow up are key!!"

"You never know where or when a door may open! A friend's friend sat on the Board of Directors of a local children's non-profit. Over the course of a year, I also became friends with this non-profit's board member. As we got to know each other, she recognized that I was passionate about the OurGV Rewards program and got excited because I was excited! After briefly learning more about the Rewards fundraising program over a lunch, she declared that this was a no-brainer and immediately signed up her non-profit! Over a year's time and through natural networking, a complete stranger has become a valued OurGV Non-Profit Partner as well as a family friend! "

"On a call to one of my prospects recently (a man who is a long way from fully understanding OurGv.com), I was really surprised to hear that he had already spoken to a Non-Profit organization with 1,100 families as members. This man had just an outline of what OurGv could do for a Non-Profit group, but had already spoken about it, and now he has the correct video link (http://np.ourgvrewards.com ) to show this organization. This has really encouraged me, as now I realize just how powerful this business is, and what I can do if I really get my teeth into it. This is great fun, and will no doubt be VERY profitable for me very soon."

"A brand new member in our team in the UK signed up a national charity over here and the whole thing was done and dusted in about 48 hours! Ability Net provide special computers and related equipment for disabled people. Philip had only just got signed up in OurGV but he got to work right away and started making some phone calls to charities where he did not even have any connections! After the first week he has had 2 definate 'Yes's' from charities and at least another 2 who in the pipeline."

"I was able to sign up a Non Profit Agape Pregnancy Help Center Here in San Antonio. I attended a Chamber of Commerce Meeting one week the next Time I did not attend but someone passed my Card to Shirley Thompson who has been the Director of Agape for 10 years. Now Agape is using the Shopping Mall to Raise Funds, Amazing! I never know where I will meet the next connection to a Group or Potential Prospect."

"These are 3 stories from people who have followed the procedure to the "t", put me on the phone with the non profit's decision makers, and brought non profits on board that I didn't even know existed. Thanks to Nancy Snee we are now helping ICC raise funds to build orphanages in Africa. Thanks to Zelma Clark we are helping The Buffalo Theatre raise funds for their work in Oklahoma. Thanks to Jim Baker, we now help the WCM raise funds for all their projects, that include help to AIDS patients, help in hurricane situations, scholarships, etc etc, in 22 countries world wide. Incredible effort from Nancy, Zelma, and Jim. "

"My story is about persistence. The first non-profit that I signed up happened 2 years after the idea had been given birth and I presented it to them. I am glad I just kept plugging away and building the business without getting discouraged that they took so long. I've now had some sign up the very first phone call without ever seeing the website!! Talk about a numbers game, of course that was from an incredible referral from the team."

"This is an example of how rapport and finding common gound can make a non-profit who is not sure into a positive sign-up. I had contacted a lead who owned his own business. He said he was sorry, but he could not take on another venture. He explained that he was busy between running his business and his girls going to horse shows and lessons. I then asked him about his business and explained to him that we had a web-partner program. I then asked him about the girls and horses. He asked "Oh, are you interested in horses?" I then told him I had trained TB racehorses for over 15 years and previous to that I had shown horses dressage and jumping in the US and Canada. He told me to send him some information on the web-partner program. I sent him to the www.ourgvrewards.com website. 20 minutes later, he called me back and said "Hey, sign up my Non-Profit, the Dirty Jeans 4H Club"!
